Half hour river trips aboard our fleet of traditional Edwardian passenger launches. We cruise downstream past the Royal Shakespeare Theatre to Holy Trinity church, Shakespeare's tomb, before turning to head upstream through the ancient 15th century Clopton Bridge. The scene changes up-river to quiet river-banks and meadows, with glimpses of large secluded houses and river-side gardens.
Departures Approximately every 20 minutes, leaving from the Bancroft gardens next to the Royal Shakespeare Theatre, every day, April to October.

When we opened the first Carluccio’s caffè our aim was to provide great quality, authentic Italian food at sensible prices. We also wanted to allow informal but excellent service to our customers. The aims remain the same today. We do our best to create a memorable experience in a happy bustling environment

The aim of the RSC is to keep modern audiences in touch with Shakespeare as our contemporary. That means that as well as the work of Shakespeare and his contemporaries, our repertoire includes classic plays by international dramatists and work by living writers.
